The village in the city
The holiday village Seebacher is "the village in the city of Schladming" - on the area of a few thousand squaremeters you can spend a relaxing holiday in an easy atmosphere.
The area of vacation is situated directly at the Talbach, an oasis of calmness and peace. The citycenter (bakery, grocery, bars, pharmacy, cash dispenser, etc.) is only two minutes on foot away, the cableway and the ski-bus are reachable within six minutes. At Schladming you can find your peace of mind and you can easily do without your car.
Beside the Talbachschenke, a homlike place for good food, we house you in 2 apartments or in one of the 3 chalets. Generously living in combination with modern comfort.
The Talbachschenke
Surrounded by 400 years old walls, that were originally used as accomodation for miners, you will find the restaurant "Talbachschenke". Solid barbecue, selected wines, hard liquor specialities and the "Schladminger Bier" a local draught beer speciality are a part of a succesful evening.
Sport town Schladming
The sport town Schladming offers a lot in summer and wintertime. Great sport events just as the famous "Nachtslalom" in jannuary, the oldtimer-rally "Planai-Classic" at New Year's Eve and the mountainbike-worldcup in summer, only to mention a few.
Schladming is also the perfect place, if you want to be active by yourself. Apparently endless pistes at Planai and Hochwurzen, cross-country skiing in Rohrmoos or Ramsau or shooting curling stones with your friends on our own curling stone way.
In summer you will be attracted to move in the fresh and clear air of our mountains by the endless possibilities we offer. Taking a walk, hiking, jogging and nordic walking. If you are searching for action and something totally thrilling, then rafting, canyoning, climbing, paragliding and a high wire area will take you to the limit.
Friends of nature will find the pleasure of the marvellous scenery of the alps by playing golf, riding a horse or riding a bike.
